Ingredients

• 1 oz. Anejo Tequila
• 3/4 oz. Aperol
• 3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
• 1 dash Peach Bitters

Directions

1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
