Over The Rainbow

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Spiced Rum
• 1 oz. Orange Curacao
• 2 scoops Rainbow Sherbet
• 4 slices Fresh Peach, peeled
• 2 Strawberries

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender with one cup ice and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into parfait glass.
3. Garnish with a strawberry and a peach slice.
