Ingredients

• 2 oz. Gin
• 1/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
• 1/4 oz. Pastis (or Pernod or other Absinthe substitute)

Directions

1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
