Ingredients

• 2 oz. Gin
• 3/4 oz. Aperol
• 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
• 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
• 3 dashes Peach Bitters
• 1 Egg White

Directions

1. Shake without ice.
2. Shake with ice.
3. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
