Ingredients

• 1 oz. Brandy
• 1 oz. Triple Sec
• 1 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1 dash Pernod (or Absinthe Substitute)

Directions

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or lemon zest.
