Negroni

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. Gin
• 3/4 oz. Campari
• 3/4 oz. Sweet or Dry Vermouth
• 1 splash Club Soda (optional)

Directions

1. Stir first three ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass, or into ice filled old fashioned glass.
3. Add club soda, if desired.
4. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
