Mulled Claret
Ingredients
- 1 cube Sugar
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 dash Bitters
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Nutmeg
- 5 oz. Claret or Red Wine
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a metal mug.
- Heat poker red-hot and hold in liquid until boiling and serve.
- Alternatively, warm on a stove and serve in Irish coffee glass.
