Ingredients

• 4 Mint Leaves
• 1 Grapefruit Twist
• 2 oz. Gin
• 1 oz. Lemon Juice
• 3/4 oz. Elderflower Syrup
• 2 tsp. Castor Sugar

Directions

1. Tear mint leaves in a mixing glass, add grapefruit twist.
2. Shake rest of ingredients with ice and double-strain into cocktail glass.
