Ingredients

• 2 oz. Creme de Menthe (Green)
• Ginger Ale or Club Soda

Directions

1. Pour creme de menthe into highball glass over ice cubes and fill with ginger ale or club soda.
2. Stir.
3. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
