Major Bailey

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 tsp. Lime Juice
• 1 1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
• 1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• 12 Mint Leaves
• 2 oz. Gin

Directions

1. Muddle first four ingredients, pour into ice filled Collins glass, and add gin.
2. Stir until glass is frosted.
3. Garnish with sprig of mint, and serve with straws.
