- 1 1/2 tsp. Lime Juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- 12 Mint Leaves
- 2 oz. Gin
- Muddle first four ingredients, pour into ice filled Collins glass, and add gin.
- Stir until glass is frosted.
- Garnish with sprig of mint, and serve with straws.
