Mai-Tai (Original Trader Vic Formula)

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Jamaican Rum
• 1/2 oz. French Garnier Orgeat
• 1/2 oz. Orange Curacao
• 1/4 oz. Rock Candy Syrup
• 1 oz. Lime Juice

Directions

1. Shake ingredients in mixing glass.
2. Strain into ice filled old fashioned glass.
3. Garnish with half of the lime shell inside the glass.
4. Float a sprig of fresh mint at the edge of the glass.
