Lumination
Ingredients
- 2 slices Ginger
- 1 oz. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- 2 oz. Dark Rum
- 1 oz. Cognac (V.S.)
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Directions
- Muddle ginger in sugar/syrup.
- Top with ice.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Shake.
- Strain into champagne flute.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
