Lone Tree Cooler

Ingredients

• 1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• 2 oz. Club Soda
• 2 oz. Gin
• 1 tbsp. Dry Vermouth
• Club Soda or Ginger Ale

Directions

1. Stir sugar/syrup and club soda in Collins glass.
2. Fill glass with ice, and add gin and vermouth.
3. Fill with club soda or ginger ale and stir again.
4. Garnish with a spiral of orange or lemon peel (or both) and dangle end over rim of glass.
