Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. Whiskey (Rye)
• 1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
• 1/4 oz. Amer Picon
• 1 dash Orange Bitters

Directions

1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with an orange twist.
