Lamb Stew With Pasta

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan cook lamb and onion in hot oil until the meat is brown.
  2. Stir in the water, dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Simmer, covered, 45 minutes (1 1/4 hours for beef).
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients except tomato sauce.
  5. Return to boiling, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in tomato sauce and heat through.
