John Collins
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- 2 oz. Whiskey (Bourbon)
- Club Soda
Directions
- Shake first three ingredients with ice.
- Strain into Collins glass.
- Add several cubes of ice, fill with club soda, and stir.
- Garnish with slices of orange and lemon, and a maraschino cherry.
- Serve with straws.
