Jamaican Banana

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. Light Rum
• 1/2 oz. Creme de Cacao (White)
• 1/2 oz. Creme de Banana
• 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1 oz. Half-and-Half
• 1 Whole Banana

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender with one cup of crushed ice.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into large brandy snifter.
4. Garnish with two slices banana, a strawberry and fresh-grated nutmeg.
