Jamaican Banana
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. Light Rum
- 1/2 oz. Creme de Cacao (White)
- 1/2 oz. Creme de Banana
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 oz. Half-and-Half
- 1 Whole Banana
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender with one cup of crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into large brandy snifter.
- Garnish with two slices banana, a strawberry and fresh-grated nutmeg.
