- 12 large jalapeno peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 3 beaten eggs
- 2 cups of breadcrumbs
- canola oil, 1-2 inches in small saucepan
- Heat oil on stove over medium heat.
- Mix the cheeses in a bowl.
- Cut stems off jalapenos and hollow out with a thin knife.
- Get as much cheese mixture into the jalapenos as you can.
- Dip each jalapeno in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Fry a few at a time for 5 minutes each.
