Ingredients

• 2 oz. Aged Rum
• 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
• 3/4 oz. Madeira
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 Whole Egg

Directions

1. Shake without ice.
2. Shake with ice.
3. Strain into highball glass.
4. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
