Italian Beef Sandwiches



  1. Place onions in the bottom of slow cooker.
  2. Salt and pper both sides of roast and place in slow cooker.
  3. Sprinkle dry Italian dressing mix over the top of the roast.
  4. Top with the minced garlic.
  5. Pour beef broth over the meat.
  6. Cook on high 4-6 hours or low for 10 hours.
  7. Pull meat from slow cooker and shred.
  8. Place meat on buns.
  9. Serve with the juice from the meat or top with barbecue sauce or ketchup.
