Island Jerk Pulled Pork

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine all spices and rub on to pork in a slow cooker.
  2. Add apple cider and bay leaf.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  4. Remove pork from slow cooker and shred.
  5. Mix a few tbsp of the liquid with the meat.
  6. Serve on a bun with toppings.
