Hot-Stuff Kielbasa-Cheese Soup



  1. In a Dutch oven cook onion and celery in hot butter until tender.
  2. Stir in flour, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.
  3. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in broth.
  5. Add potato, carrot, and kielbasa and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in milk.
  7. Heat and stir until mixture almost comes to a boil.
  8. Reduce heat.
  9. Add 3 cups cheese and 1/4 teaspoon pepper and cook and stir until cheese is melted.
  10. Sprinkle each serving with cheese or pepper.
