Hot Rummed Cider
- 1 1/2 qts. Apple Cider
- 6 tbsps. Brown Sugar
- 3 tbsps. Butter
- 1 1/2 cups Light Rum
- Bring cider and sugar to a boil in large saucepan.
- Reduce heat and add butter.
- When butter is melted, add rum.
- Serve in heat-proof punch bowl or pitcher and provide Irish coffee glasses.
