Horse's Neck (With A Kick)

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Whiskey (Bourbon)
• Ginger Ale

Directions

1. Peel rind of whole lemon in spiral fashion and put in Collins glass with one end hanging over the rim.
2. Fill glass with ice cubes.
3. Add whiskey.
4. Fill with ginger ale and stir well.
