Honeycomb
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Gin
- 3/4 oz. Honey Syrup
- 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 splash Pastis (or Pernod or other Absinthe substitute)
Directions
- Combine gin, honey syrup, and lemon juice over ice and shake thoroughly.
- Strain into chilled, pastis-rinsed cocktail glass.
- Garnish with star anise.
