Highland Cooler
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- 2 oz. Club Soda
- 2 oz. Whisky (Scotch)
- Club Soda or Ginger Ale
Directions
- Combine sugar/syrup and soda in Collins glass; stir.
- Add ice cubes and Scotch.
- Fill with soda and stir again.
- Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel (or both) and dangle end over rim of glass.
