Harlem Cocktail

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 1 1/2 oz. Gin
• 1/2 tsp. Maraschino Liqueur

Directions

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with two pineapple chunks.
