Goat's Delight

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 oz. Kirschwasser
• 1 3/4 oz. Brandy
• 1/4 oz. Orgeat Syrup (Almond Syrup)
• 1/4 oz. Cream
• 1/4 oz. Pastis (Pernod or Other Absinthe Substitute)

Directions

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
