Ginger-Lime Strips
Ingredients
- 1 3-inch piece ginger, peeled and julienned
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup lime juice
Directions
- Place the ginger in a 2-ounce glass jar.
- Add the salt, close the lid, and shake to mix.
- Add the lime juice, cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours before using.
