Gin Toddy

Ingredients

• 1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• 2 tsp. Water
• 2 oz. Gin

Directions

1. In old fashioned glass, mix sugar/syrup and water.
2. Add gin and one ice cube.
3. Stir and add a twist of lemon peel.
