Gin Swizzle

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Lime Juice
• 1 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• 2 oz. Club Soda
• 2 dashes Bitters
• 2 oz. Gin

Directions

1. Combine first three ingredients in Collins glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir.
3. Add bitters and gin.
4. Serve with swizzle stick.
