Gin Gin Mule
- 6-8 sprigs Mint
- 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- 1 1/2 oz. Gin
- 1 oz. Ginger Beer
- In a mixing glass, muddle mint with lime juice and sugar/syrup.
- Add gin and ice and shake well.
- Strain into ice filled highball glass and fill with ginger beer.
