Gin Fizz

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• 2 oz. Gin
• Club Soda

Directions

1. Shake first three ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into ice filled highball glass.
3. Fill with club soda and stir.
