- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- 1 tsp. Water
- 2 1/2 oz. Gin
- Mix lemon juice, sugar/syrup, and water in highball glass.
- Stir and top with ice.
- Add gin and stir again.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon.
- Serve with straws.
