Gin Cobbler

Ingredients

• 1 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• 2 oz. Club Soda
• 2 oz. Gin

Directions

1. Dissolve sugar/syrup and club soda in red wine glass, fill with ice, and add gin.
2. Stir and garnish with seasonal fruits.
3. Serve with straws.
