- 2 oz. Coffee Liqueur
- 2 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur
- 1 Banana, ripe
- 1/2 cup Light Cream
- Combine all ingredients in blender with one cup of crushed ice and blend until smooth.
- Pour equal amounts into 2 parfait glasses.
- Top with whipped cream and a light dusting of cocoa.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
