Frozen Margaritas
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons coarse sea salt
- 1 lime wedge
- 4 cups ice
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup confectioners'-style erythritol, or 6 drops liquid stevia
- 4 ounces tequila
- 4 lime wedges, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Rim four 8-ounce glasses with lime wedge and salt.
- Place the ice, lime juice, sweetener, and tequila in a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until slushy.
- Divide the margarita mixture among the 4 glasses.
- Garnish each with a lime wedge, if desired.
