Ingredients

• 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
• 1 oz. Whisky (Scotch)
• 1 dash Bitters
• 1/4 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)

Directions

1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
