Fancy Gin

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Gin
• 1 dash Bitters
• 1/4 tsp. Triple Sec
• 1/4 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)

Directions

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
3. Add a twist of lemon peel.
