Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. Honey Syrup
• 1/2 oz. Orange Curacao
• 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
• 2 oz. Riesling
• 1 oz. Pear Eau De Vie

Directions

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with star anise.
