Eggnog (Homemade)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and foamy.
  2. Add sugar and salt, beating until thick and lemon colored.
  3. Stir in rum, cream, and milk.
  4. Chill at least 3 hours.
  5. Serve in Irish coffee glasses.
  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh-grated nutmeg on top.
