Egg Cream
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon erythritol, or 2 drops liquid stevia
- 12 ounces sparkling water, chilled
Directions
- Place the milk, cocoa powder, and sweetener in a 16-ounce or larger glass.
- Whisk the ingredients together.
- Slowly pour in the sparkling water.
