Easy Texas-Style Chili
Ingredients
- 12 ounces lean ground beef
- 1 15-ounce can pinto beans, undrained
- 1 cup bottled salsa
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions
- In a skillet cook meat over medium heat until brown.
- Drain fat.
- Stir remaining ingredients into meat.
- Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
