Diamond Fizz

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 2 oz. Gin
• Champagne, chilled

Directions

1. Shake first three ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into ice filled highball glass.
3. Fill with Champagne and stir.
