De La Louisiane
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. Whiskey (Rye)
- 3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- 3/4 oz. Benedictine
- 3 dashes Pastis (or Pernod or other Absinthe substitute)
- 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Directions
- Stir all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
