Ingredients
- 2 oz. Dark Rum
- 3/4 oz. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Chartreuse (Yellow)
Directions
- Shake first three ingredients and strain into ice filled red wine glass.
- Pour chartreuse over an inverted bar spoon to float.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
