Creamy Chicken And Veggies



  1. Add single layer of chicken to oiled slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle on salt and pepper.
  3. Top with cauliflower and broccoli.
  4. Sprinkle on oregano and garlic powder.
  5. Add the lemon slices in a single layer.
  6. Cook 2-3 hours on high, 4-6 hours on low.
  7. Remove lemon slices.
  8. Put cauliflower and broccoli on a separate plate.
  9. Top with chicken.
  10. Microwave cream cheese for 30-45 seconds and stir with 1/4 cup of the juices from the slow cooker.
  11. Stir in the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  12. Drizzle cream cheese sauce over chicken and vegetables.
