Cream Puff

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Light Rum
• 1 oz. Light Cream
• 1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• Club Soda

Directions

1. Shake first three ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled highball glass over two ice cubes.
3. Fill with club soda and stir.
