Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. Gin
• 1 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• Champagne, chilled

Directions

1. Shake gin and sugar/syrup with ice.
2. Strain into chilled champagne flute.
3. Fill with Champagne.
