Ingredients

• 1 3/4 oz. Light Rum
• 1 tbsp. Lime Juice
• 1 1/2 tsp. Creme de Menthe (Green)
• 1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)

Directions

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
3. Add a twist of lemon peel.
